Mr. Nathaniel Doidge
Serving the Bidwill community as Principal at Chifley College Bidwill Campus is a great honour. I have worked in many communities throughout Western and South Western Sydney. This community, its families and culture, and the connections that the school has with the community make it a unique and rewarding experience.
I began as a classroom teacher in Colyton. Since then, I have worked continuously in the public school system in Western Sydney and South Western Sydney as a teacher, head teacher, deputy principal and now principal. I started as principal here at Bidwill Campus in January 2022 and have learned a great deal about the school and its community in that time.
As a school community we continue to connect, succeed and thrive, with a focus on developing opportunities for students, families and staff by improving learning, wellbeing and the physical spaces of our school. I am very proud of the way the school has grown as a quality learning community, where everyone is a valued member of the school with an important role to play in supporting our journey in education.
I invite all our families and community to engage with us to provide feedback and insight into how we can better cater to the needs and values of our community. I want every student and their parents to feel welcome at our school and understand their integral role in the success of our school and our community.
If anyone would like to learn more about the school and see for themselves what happens here, please feel welcome to arrange a school tour with myself or one of the deputy principals; just contact the office to organise a time.
Regards,
Nathaniel Doidge
